TUTORIAL - MEMPHIS TABLE

If, like us, you don't like to waste anything and you have some leftover color bomb bottoms from other DIY projects, this tutorial is for you!
A rather basic table, a few color bombs and you're done!
Be careful to choose a model whose feet can be unscrewed or disassembled.
🧡💜💚
And the icing on the cake is to mismatch one of the feet by choosing an original shape! ✹
Then protect the areas you don't want to color with painter's tape.
👉 Have fun! Scotch tape allows you to create different combinations: stripes, color blocks... even polka dots! Make sure the edges of the scotch tape stick together, so you don't miss any spots or smudges.
With your spray cans, spray 30cm from your supports, facing you (if you spray on the ground, it will create drops).
Allow to dry for at least 2 hours between coats. ⏳
Finally, when you peel off the painter's tape, do so gently. Screw the feet back on and... TA-DA!

For this tuto you need :

  • 1 table (here with a blue top, but you can also color it)
  • unscrewable feet (unvarnished wood or metal)
  • 1 mismatched foot (here we found it on @prettypegs )
  • painter's tape

And let's go!
The colors are yours! đŸ€žđŸ»â€â™€ïžđŸ§ĄđŸ’œđŸ’š
