OUR BRAND RESPONSIBILITY

Fashion has the power to embody our dreams, to enchant reality, to make us feel good. It can make us feel good about ourselves, put a smile on our faces, give us that extra boost to take on the world. It has the power to give us self-confidence. That's why we've chosen to make clothes. But not at any price. Not just any way. The more we want fashion to be carefree, the more it requires us to be serious. It's the sine qua non for us to deserve to exist. With one objective in mind: to do the best we can. And when that's achieved, to do even more. That's what we do.

OUR ACTIONS

 MADE IN EUROPE

All our garments are made in Europe. Our workshops are located in Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Italy and Paris. We regularly visit these sites and maintain a relationship of trust and transparency with our various partners, guaranteeing total transparency on their manufacturing processes.

LIMITED QUANTITIES

All our parts are manufactured in limited quantities to minimize overproduction and unnecessary stocks. Please note: The 'Stock Alert' button, which appears when a product is sold-out, keeps you informed in the event of a customer return, and also helps us adjust our quantities for future collections. And it may even allow some of our most popular pieces to make a comeback!

PRE-ORDER

To produce the right quantity and avoid overproduction, we have set up a pre-order system for certain parts. In this case, parts are only manufactured on demand.

.

MANUFACTURING EUROPE

All Make My Lemonade garments are made in our workshops in Europe. Over 60% of our production is Portuguese.

NATURAL MATTER

Wegive priority to the use of natural materials in our collections.

UPCYCLING

We recover unused fabrics from the stocks of fashion houses to create new pieces.

RECYCLED MATERIAL

If we choose to use a synthetic material for styling reasons (such as the pleating on our skirts or buttons) . These materials will be created from recycled fibers.

FACTORY CHECKED

100% of our plants are regularly audited, and have been since 2015 when we were founded.

OEKO-TEX

Oeko-tex and EcoVero. These labels guarantee that our fabrics are inspected at every stage in the manufacture of our collections, and that no chemicals harmful to health or the environment are used.

FABRICS CERTIFIED
OEKO-TEX & ECOVERO

All our fabrics are Oeko-tex and EcoVero. These labels certify that the fabric has been inspected at every stage of processing: raw materials, yarns, dyeing, and that it contains no chemicals harmful to health or the environment.

UP' CYCLING: OLD STOCK

We create pieces with fabrics from a second production circuit: we recover unused fabrics or end-of-rolls from the stocks of major fashion houses to create new pieces.

JEAN VEGANS

All our jeans and denim pieces are made without leather inserts or crust labels, and all our jeans are vegan.

CHOICE OF MATERIALS

NATURAL MATERIALS

We favor natural materials in the manufacture of our collections because they are more respectful of the environment.

ORGANIC COTTON

We use mainly organic cotton. It is grown without GMOs, chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Its water consumption is much lower than that of conventional cotton.

RECYCLED FIBERS

We favor the use of recycled fibers for all our materials, and this is a prerequisite when we use synthetic fibers.

OUR LABELS

Our labels are made from algae and are biodegradable.

OUR PACKAGING.

Our boxes are made from recycled cardboard, and their system allows them to be assembled upside down and used as storage boxes. We also give you the choice in your "parcel experience" between a version loaded with little touches or an eco-friendly version (without tissue paper, stickers or cards).
