Log in to your customer account and go to the loyalty page. 
In the "How to redeem your points" section, select the offer you wish to take advantage of. 
Depending on the number of points you have accumulated, you may or may not have access to different offers.

Once you've redeemed your reward, it's valid for 6 months on all products excluding discounts (low prices, lemon weekends and Still Beautiful in-store).
