How do you maintain Gabriel?

To care for your piece, we recommend keeping your bag in a fabric pouch, away from dust and light. If you need to dust it, we recommend using a soft cloth or a soft bristle brush.

To prevent drying out, cracking and keep leather supple, apply a quality leather conditioner every 3 to 6 months with a chamois cloth, depending on frequency of use.

Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, hand sanitizers, oils and other chemicals that can stain or damage leather.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and pre-orders).

Delivery in mainland France by Chronopost 13H (1 day), Colissimo (2-3 days), by Mondial Relay (3-5 days), GLS (3 to 4 working days), in Europe (4-5 days), and worldwide (5-6 days).
Delivery in mainland France is free for orders over €200 with Colissimo, excluding bulky items.

Product returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. For returns from France, a pre-paid label (€5 to be deducted from the refund) is available from your customer area.
