WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

The return time is 14 days after receipt of order or in-store purchase.

Buy on :
Returns are accepted for refund only (no exchanges).

  • Via the refund on payment method minus €5 return postage.
  • In store Free deposit, no fees, refunds processed within 7 days. In this case, it's perfectly possible to make a purchase directly in the store.

Buy in store :
Return possible for exchange or credit note only. The credit note is valid for 1 year online and in stores.

HOW TO RETURN FROM FRANCE

The item must be unworn, unwashed and still with its label. Packaging may be different from the original.

To make your return, simply go to the "Manage my returns" tab in your customer area. You'll then receive a returns slip, which you'll need to include in your parcel, as well as a carrier label if you're returning from mainland France.
Please note that once you have made your request, it will no longer be possible to modify it.

HOW TO RETURN FROM ABROAD?

If you have placed an order that was shipped abroad and would like to return it, please go to here.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER IF I DON'T HAVE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

Go to here to make a return even if you don't have a customer account! You will be asked for your e-mail address and your order number.

If you don't remember your order number, you can contact our customer service by e-mail : hey@makemylemonade.com or by telephone on 09 67 42 23 97.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

For all purchases on our online store, we do not no exchange but only refunds.
If you would like another size, another color or simply another model, simply return your item and place a new order with the item that suits you!

For all purchases in stores, l'exchange is possiblewhile stocks last and only in boutiques.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK?

Your refund will be processed within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the goods. We do our utmost to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible!
Refunds will be made using the same method(s) of payment you used to make your purchase. If you paid for all or part of your order with a gift card, this will be credited back to your account. 

For France, a €5 returns fee will be deducted from your refund.

You can return several orders in the same parcel. You will need to specify this in your return request. The 5€ fee will only be deducted once.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AN ORDER IN-STORE?

You can return an Internet order in our boutiques. 

We will refund you within 14 working days of the date of deposit.

The €5 return fee will not be deducted.

We do not make in-store exchanges on products purchased online.
