Mug in 3 enamelled colors:
Technique: a long manufacturing process for each mug, as it is composed of 3 colors: the craftsman must isolate the parts that must not take on color, then dip the piece into the glaze. After a drying period, the pieces are sent to the kiln. The operation is repeated 2 times in succession, and a transparent enamel is applied as a final touch.
Each part of the mug must be isolated before being dipped into the glaze.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and pre-orders).

Delivery in mainland France by Chronopost 13H (1 day), Colissimo (2-3 days), by Mondial Relay (3-5 days), GLS (3 to 4 working days), in Europe (4-5 days), and worldwide (5-6 days).
Delivery in mainland France is free for orders over €200 with Colissimo, excluding bulky items.

Product returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. For returns from France, a pre-paid label (€5 to be deducted from the refund) is available from your customer area.
