For ecological reasons, if your order contains other available items, it will be shipped in its entirety on the most distant date.

To retrieve your pattern, go to your order summary in your customer area, click on the corresponding order and then click on the pattern itself. You will be redirected to the pattern's product sheet.

You can then download your pattern and its booklet (up to 5 times).

Most of our items are made in limited quantities, and it's rare for an item to be restocked, with the exception of our "BEST SELLERS" collection.

If your item is out of stock, we invite you to sign up for a stock alert in the size of your choice. You will then be notified by e-mail in the event of a return. 
Subscribing to stock alerts also allows us to know which pieces you like best. Maybe they'll come back in future collections!

Payment for your online order is made by valid credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard), by Paypal or Apple Pay.

For purchases from France, we also offer you the option of paying with Alma up to 3 times free of charge for orders over €150 of order. Simply select Alma at checkout and enter your bank details.
Paypal also offers you the opportunity to pay in 4 instalments, free of charge. You will then be debited monthly.

Prepaid, virtual or systematic authorization cards cannot be accepted.

To use a privilege code, simply enter it in the "Discount code" field at checkout.
Privilege codes are neither cumulative nor reusable. 
You can also choose to pay for all or part of your order with a gift card. To do so, simply enter your code in the "Gift card" box at checkout.
Our gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue on all our products.
In the event of a return of an Internet order paid for by gift card, the card will be re-credited up to the amount paid. If you have completed your purchase with another payment method (credit card, Paypal), the remaining amount will be reimbursed on the latter.

Giving a gift card couldn't be easier! Go to our Gift card and select the amount of your choice between €30 and €200. You will then receive an email with the code to use online or in store.
