Take your usual dress size. If you're not sure, check your waist and hip size, and take the larger size.

Natacha is 98% polyester and 2% elastane.
We recommend washing your dress by hand in cold water with similar colors.
Be careful not to wring the fabric. Natacha should be dried flat.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and pre-orders).

Delivery in mainland France by Chronopost 13H (1 day), Colissimo (2-3 days), by Mondial Relay (3-5 days), GLS (3 to 4 working days), in Europe (4-5 days), and worldwide (5-6 days).
Delivery in mainland France is free for orders over €200 with Colissimo, excluding bulky items.

Product returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. For returns from France, a pre-paid label (€5 to be deducted from the refund) is available from your customer area.
