HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

The item must be unworn, unwashed and still with its label. Packaging may be different from the original.

To make your return, simply go to the "Manage my returns" tab in your customer area. You'll then receive a returns slip, which you'll need to include in your parcel, as well as a carrier label if you're returning from mainland France.

Please note that once you have made your request, it will no longer be possible to modify it.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Your refund will be processed within 14 working days after receipt and inspection of the items. We do our utmost to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible!

Refunds will be made to the payment method(s) used. at the time of your purchase. If you paid for all or part of your order with a gift card, this will be credited back to your account. 

A €5 returns fee will be deducted from your refund.

You can return several orders in the same parcel. You must specify this in your return request. The €5 fee will only be deducted once.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE AN IN-STORE REFUND?

Yes, you can return an Internet order in our boutiques. 
You can drop off your items with your order number.

Our boutique team will forward it to us. We will process your refund within 14 working days from the date of deposit.

The €5 returns fee will not be deducted.

We do not exchange in-store products purchased online.
