Introducing Suzanne, the crunchy dungarees with rounded bib. Wide enough to fit comfortably, it adjusts at the back with an elastic waistband, making it easy to put on without fastening. The front features rounded cut-outs, which you can topstitch to your liking for a classic dungaree effect. It fastens from back to front with straps and buttons (or snaps).

To make Suzanne, you'll need :
-1m fabric in 140cm width or 1m20 fabric in 110cm width,
-2cm wide elastic,
-2 buttons 15 to 20mm,
-1cm bias.
This pattern includes seam values. They are 1cm unless otherwise indicated.
We advise you to choose a fairly thick fabric, whether rigid or soft. A little elastane in the fabric is a plus for comfort. For summer, terry cloth, seersucker, light gabardine or chambray are ideal. For cooler seasons, thick denim, corduroy, short velvet or even fleece will do nicely. You can also sew Suzanne in two-tone.

All patterns products are available in A4/US letter format.
Newer models are also available in A0 (we are gradually adding older models).
To print in A4/US letter, you need your own printer or a printer's specialist. To print in A0, you need a printer.
Assembly
For A4/US letter format. The printed area is smaller than the page. We advise you to print the first page, making sure that the test square is the right size.
Please note that your printer settings must be set to "no scaling" or "print 100%". After printing, you can trim the margins and tape the sheets together. See further instructions here.
